Bright Future 123 now has two convenient service options:
In-Office Notary service
Bright Future’s office is centrally located on Main Street in downtown Pleasanton. When you visit our office there is no travel fee and your notarizations can be performed in privacy and comfort. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours:
- Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday by appointment
Services before and after office hours are available by Appointment
It is recommended that you call ahead or schedule an appointment in advance to ensure prompt service as I may be on a mobile appointment.
Mobile Notary Service
Bright Future will travel to your home, business, or mutually agreed upon location to serve your notary needs. A travel fee may apply in addition to the state regulated notarization fee, but may be waived in certain circumstances.
All notarization fees are based on the California Government Code §8211. California notary code allows notaries to charge a maximum cap of $15 per each notarized signature and an additional travel fee, which must be disclosed separate from the notarization charges.

Certified Copy of Power of Attorney
CA law allows notaries to only certify copies of Power of Attorney and notarial journal entries. Any other document requiring certification must be notarized using Copy Certification by Document Custodian.

Excess Wait Time – The waiting fee is billed in 30 minute increments beginning 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Wait time fees and travel fees must be paid before any documents are notarized.
